Before February 2013 we had no ideas about buying real estate by the sea, even though we had often vacationed on the coast. Well, my wife returned from Turkey and somehow incidentally said that many foreigners buy real estate in Turkey. We went online and found that there is a whole industry of the construction of residential complexes with all modern amenities in beautiful places near the sea. Having searched for 2 weeks we selected for ourselves Orion Valley complex in Avsallar village. We asked several real estate agencies to send us the price lists for the available apartments. Here we faced the fact: prices for the same apartment at different agencies differ by € 2,000-3,000 and they respond differently: some do not respond at all, some respond in 2-3 weeks. We chose the promptest agency. NextIt turned out to be Tolerance, Alanya. It is governed by Ali Bey, a very nice, helpful and competent man. This agency has a Russian specialist, a wonderful Elena, who reacts quickly to our requests and letters. We also liked Haji, the driver of the agency. This agency provides the widest range of services in support of the contract, as well as in the organization of the arrival, departure, and meeting at the airport. For example, the TAPU was issued in 2 days, and electricity and water supply were arranged in several hours, and all this in a pleasant atmosphere with the excellent attitude from the agency staff. It was very nice. The receipt of the contract was also assisted by the employees of the Russian office. We are very satisfied with the cooperation with Tolerance and the city of Alanya, and we encourage all to apply to this agency.![]()
