Children in Turkey and their upbringing

ОAttitude towards children in Turkey is special. Children here are treated like kings and queens, princes and princesses. Even if it's a modest family, everything should be the best for them - for Turkish children.

Clothing, education, toys, sports and music classes - basically, everything necessary for children's development - parents here are willing to dedicate their efforts and all the finances they have. It is often their goal and purpose in life.

Child-rearing here also differs greatly from ours. Here, children are allowed to do almost anything; they are carried in one's arms, as befits princes and princesses.

Our style of strict and disciplined upbringing is completely foreign to Turkey! Shouting at or hitting children? That's not what Turkey is about!

Strict German discipline - sorry, but that's not for us!

Therefore, when families try to impose strict rules, they are often not understood here.

Instead of setting strict rules and limitations, it is enough to simply explain to children what is allowed and what is not, why and for what reason.

And even if they still do things differently, what can you do - royal blood is allowed many things.

As a result, they grow up more confident, not bound by rigid frameworks and restrictions.

Of course, they won't be allowed to do anything harmful - parents in Turkey will definitely ensure that! No doubt about it!

Gentle upbringing and constant attention aimed at ensuring the child's well-being - that's how the Turkish approach to child development can be described.

Whether it's good or bad, everyone can decide for themselves.

But somehow, I feel that Turkish children will certainly be fine.
