As promised on the website, the company met me at the airport, and we drove to a pre-booked hotel in Konyaaltyi. The next morning Mahmoud and Amina picked me up at the hotel to show the properties. We were visiting different places, including those I had chosen before from the list. On the third day, I finally found a suitable apartment in the district of Muratpasa, near to Antalya Museum. Tolerance`s specialists agreed with the developer on small changes in the apartment and installment payments for several months. The company fulfilled everything it had promised, and two months later, I received the Title Deed (Tapu).

Naturally, you will have to start the process from the beginning. In this case, the first obvious step is to get a residence permit. 

If you buy an apartment worth more than $250.000, you can acquire Turkish citizenship very quickly. As a plus, you do not have to know the Turkish language or renounce your original citizenship for that purpose.

The agency proved to be a very professional, reliable and trustworthy partner. Its highly skilled managers did their best to meet our requirements and to help us settle down comfortably in Antalya. They, for instance, prepared and filed out all the documents related to TAPU (Title Deed) registration, and personally assisted us in getting  tax ID number and residence permit (ikamet) for all our family members.
