We can say, employees, having experience from 2-5 years earn on average 32% more than freshers and juniors across all industries. Professionals with experience of more than 5 years tend to earn on average 36% more than those with 5 years or less of work experience. For those employees that have ten years or more experience, the average salary in Turkey increases by another 20% and then another 15% for those with 15 years of experience or more.
