The Land of Legends Turkey Theme Park| The full review

Dear friends, we have prepared for you a complete review of the theme park called the Land of Legends Turkey, or the "Land of Legends" for short with description of the best water slides and rides and tips on what to take with you to the park and what not to take, where to ride and what to see, how much you pay for lunch there and finally how to visit this park for free?!

We have made the top 10 tips to help you prepare for your visit to the Land of Legends Turkey.

The Land of Legends is a Turkish entertainment gem located in Belek! And since many tourists from all over the world come to Antalya every year, everyone from any age group will be entertained here to their liking!

The admission fee on the official webpage of the Land of Legends depends on the season. The adult ticket will be about $60 and $48 for a child.

Infrastructure of the Land of Legends

The territory is divided into several recreation areas: an amusement park, a water park and playgrounds for small children with various themes.

The theme park also hosts dolphin shows on a daily basis, singing fountain shows and themed shows. The dolphin show is included in the ticket price! You can also swim with them and take pictures for an extra charge, but there is an age limit: children under 8 years old are not allowed to attend the show.

Infrastructure of the Land of Legends

It will be interesting for younger children to visit the zone from the cartoon "Masha and the Bear", be Mishka-the-bear’s guest and play funny games, watch shows and go on a short boat trip.

There is also a play area for children with pools, a pirate ship, dancing fountains and water jet guns! The water in these mini-pools is very warm, and running around in the jumping fountains is interesting, as well as very refreshing in hot weather.

A musical parade of floating boats with fairy-tale characters on board passes through this theme park every day. You can take pictures of them and chat with them if you like.

In the evening you can watch the colorful show of singing fountains and you won’t be charged for that.

Shows and fountains are simply fascinating and mesmerizing. They are extraordinarily beautiful and you can just feel the Turkish chic that is so inherent in all luxury hotels.

Like any theme park, the Land of Legends has plenty of fast food cafes, bars, and several restaurants.

Also, in the theme park there is a whole street of shops and a shopping avenue where you can buy a trifle as a keepsake of visiting this wonderful place.

And bear in mind that there is free Wi-Fi on the whole territory of the Land of Legends.

Wristbands to pay for meals and additional services

At the entrance to the theme park, they give out bracelets or wristbands with which you can buy various drinks and food, but you need to top up your account to do that.

The unused amount of money will be returned to you upon exit. By the way, wearing this wristband on your hand allows you to leave the theme park and come back all day long.

Having lunch in the Land of Legends theme park

Food prices here are incredibly high. For example, lunch for two adults costs 500 Turkish liras on average, which in terms of US dollars is over $27 at the rate of 18.2 Turkish liras per 1 US dollar.

And one scoop of ice cream costs 35 Turkish liras (about $2).

Those who live here and did not come on vacation find these prices unrealistically high in comparison with the cost of lunch in town.

So, after reading the reviews and looking at the official webpage of the theme park, you can go to explore the rides and slides!

The range of water slides and rides is unbelievably wide. In fact, there are 72 water slides and 43 rides, so guests of the theme park have plenty to choose from!

The most popular water slides are called kamikaze, mohican, space rocket, challenger and artificial wave surf.

In addition to the water entertainment zone, breathtaking delight and fun await guests in the Lunapark, where the most popular rides are Typhoon Coaster, Sky Fighter, Twister, and, of course, the most horrifying one is the Hyper Coaster rollercoaster.

The speed on it reaches 115 kilometers per hour, and it is a 20-storey building tall! It's an adrenaline outburst for the whole day!

You can take a break from water activities in the recreation zone where you can sit on a lounge chair among palm trees and relax. There is also a pool with an artificial wave.

Some tips on what to bring and what not to bring to the theme park

Make sure to bring a towel, swimsuit, and sunscreen, as you will be out in the sun almost all day long.

But you should not take any food with you, otherwise you will be asked to leave it at the entrance!

You ought to take enough water with you and if you come with babies, don’t forget to bring baby food as well.

Here are our top 10 tips that will definitely come in handy and help you when traveling to this fabulous entertainment village!

Come here on your own and you will be able to be in the theme park from opening to closing, because as a part of the guided tour you will have a time limit.

Plan your trip in advance and buy tickets on sale days!

If your children are shorter than 130 cm, then we advise you to postpone the trip a bit, because the most interesting and cool entertainment will not be available.

The admission to all rides is done after the passage of the line.

Only three rides will be available for children under 1 meter tall. Children from 110 to 130 centimeters can visit 80 percent of the rides, those who are above 130 centimeters get the opportunity to go on all rides!

Bear in mind that not only tourists, but also locals come to relax and have fun here, so we do not recommend visiting the theme park on weekends and holidays, because it will be too crowded here!

Some tips on what to bring and what not to bring to the theme park

If you are planning to come and stay with babies, do not be too lazy to take a stroller. It will help you a lot, because the territory of the theme park is huge!

Visit the Land of Legends webpage in advance and check out the themed areas and rides that you are likely to enjoy visiting. Because it’s just impossible to get around everything in a day!

Please note that children under the age of 13 can only visit the theme park when accompanied by an adult.

If you want to capture all the rides and slides on the camera, then you need to have a special mount on your chest or head.

Rides and water slides are open until 18.00 (6 pm). So, try to find time to go on all the rides and slides before they are closed.

The water zone is open from April to October, the rides are open all year round, the opening hours may vary depending on the weather conditions and seasons.

A colorful show starts at 22.00 (10 pm) and it is available to everyone! You don't have to pay extra for it!

And yes, we promised to tell you how to be eligible to visit the Land of Legends theme park for free.

This can be done by booking a room in one of the 5 Rixos hotels on the Antalya coast.

Free shuttles from these hotels are also available.

Come to the Land of Legends theme park with the whole family. You will get incredible pleasure and positive emotions for the whole day!I
