In July 2023, through the Tolerance company, I bought an apartment in Antalya and applied for a real estate Residence Permit. Before that, for about a month, I looked through dozens of options in Istanbul and Antalya, which were offered by other companies and individuals. I didn't like most of these options, and the ones I was willing to buy, unfortunately, were beyond my budget. But there was more to it than that. Almost everyone I dealt with before contacting Tolerance were simply intermediaries who drove around the city, showed apartment options and named their prices. It was possible to bargain with them, discuss some issues regarding furniture, equipment and other things, but none of these intermediaries was ready to draw up a full-fledged agreement, provide all the necessary documents for themselves and for the apartment, and also guarantee its legal purity.
