It is now one year ago that I purchased an apartment at your real estate office and I want to give you my feedback.
I am very happy and satisfied with your real estate service.
In particular I want to thank Madam Neda Ghanavati for her service and expertise during and after the purchase of the apartment:
During the purchase
1) the whole purchase procedure, obtaining a bank account, a Tax Number, setting up the power of attorney procedure at the Notary so that I can return to work in Germany while everything is taken care of.
2) the complete furnishing of the apartment was done in one week.
3) during this week of furnishing, I could stay at a hotel provided by tolerance homes.
The service after the purchase is excellent:
1) Neda helped to get the internet connection working, the connection of the gas stove, repairs of the electrical blinds. Not once I was abandoned and on my own.
2) Neda went with me to the gas, water and electricity firms to get the connection as soon as possible.
3) Neda got me a Turkish sim card that does not expire after 3 months.
4) I locked myself out of my apartment twice, I was in a hurry to get to my Turkish lessons and forgot my keys. Neda helped me by sending a lock specialist.
